The start of the new Millennium, a new fresh Festival of Music and Dance had been started in the Town Of Ingersoll. This Festival, the brain child of Mr. Ted Comiskey, was to be a free festival for all . The festival Started off as a one day event on Saturday July 8th, 2000 and was a resounding success.
