The start of the new Millennium, a new fresh Festival of Music and Dance had been started in the Town Of Ingersoll. This Festival, the brain child of Mr. Ted Comiskey, was to be a free festival for all . The festival Started off as a one day event on Saturday July 8th, 2000 and now in our 135h year is still a resounding success. Below is a copy of the lineup for the first year 1of the performances
